Project Overview

The Agile Strategy Labs initiative establishes modular “Strategy Hives”—intensive workshops and toolkits designed to help civic entities, nonprofits, and sector organizations prototype, test, and scale innovative solutions to governance, service delivery, and digital transformation challenges.

Goals & Outcomes

• Empower Smart Strategy: Deliver tested, co-designed playbooks for 3–5 civic or nonprofit partners. (Business Plans and Operations; Curriculum and Instruction; Professional and Personal Development; Career Strategy; Marketing and Scaling)

• Develop Modular Toolkits: Produce reusable frameworks and planning resources for adaptive governance.

• Boost Strategic Capacity: Train leaders in systems thinking, rapid prototyping, and decision-making.

• Facilitate Peer Innovation: Launch a Strategy Hive cohort for continuous collaboration and cross-sector mentoring.
