Mission
Pivot Point Advisory (PPA) advances the development and preservation of narrative stewardship and policy development by providing research, facilitation, and resource management services that support communities, cultural institutions, and emerging leaders. Through programs in cultural policy, workforce development, and collaborative research, PPA strengthens the capacity of organizations and individuals working to preserve and expand community opportunity and build sustainable public impact.
Vision
To see that cultural narratives and community expertise are recognized as essential resources in policy development, workforce preparation, and institutional decision-making by connecting researchers, practitioners, and organizations to cultivate a network of leaders equipped to steward and advance development and sustain community knowledge systems.
Our Approach

Interpret: Identify patterns, institutional constraints, stakeholder needs, and opportunities.
Design: Develop practical policies, processes, communications, curricula, and strategies.
Implement: Support adoption through training, facilitation, project coordination, and technical assistance.

Through Bridge Innovation Lab, we extend this work into community learning, collaborative research, pilot programs, and accessible technical assistance.
