Over the years, Pivot Point Advisory has supported NOLAWorks LLC and 501(c)3 Community through a transformational development and coaching journey that blended strategic planning, organizational growth, intersector collaboration, and leadership transition. This partnership guided the organization from its foundational phases through a multi-level transition of ownership and operations, centering sustainability and integrity.

ReJAC
Pivot Point Advisory serves as a strategic and administrative partner to ReJAC during a planned program phase. Our role is to ensure the process is mission-aligned, and efficient, while preserving the integrity and continuity of the work ReJAC has led. We provide operational support, process design, and advisory leadership to guide programmatic stakeholder engagement, and documentation of key systems and learnings.

Common Thread Coffee Project
Pivot Point Advisory & Bridge Innovation Lab served as the strategic development partner for the Common Thread Coffee Project, providing integrated business planning, policy design, and fundraising infrastructure. Our work focused on delivering actionable frameworks that balance cultural integrity, operational readiness, and community engagement. This included business modeling, grant strategy, and co-branded tools to support long-term sustainability with minimal front-facing labor.
